  • ※ Please note that the experience zone will be closed for safety inspections on August 5th (Wednesday). .
    We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
  • ※ Please note when booking that (General Zone) July 24 (Fri) and August 6 (Thu) will have extended night operating hours from 13:00 to 21:30 (Break Time:17:00–18:00).
  • Operating Hours: Weekdays (Mon–Thu) 13:00–18:00 / Weekends (Fri–Sun) 10:00–18:00. Please note that on weekends, the facilities are closed for maintenance from 13:30 to 14:30.
  • Ticketing & Entry: Ticketing and on-site sales close at 17:00. The last entry is at 17:30.
  • Night Opening (July 24, Aug 6): On extended night operating days, ticketing and on-site sales close at 20:30, and entry is allowed until 21:00.
  • Booking Policy: 30% of the daily tickets are available for online booking, while 70% are sold on-site. If online tickets are sold out, please purchase them at the venue. (Ticket sales start at 13:00 on weekdays / 10:00 on weekends).
  • On-site Notice: On weekends, on-site tickets may sell out early, and waiting times may be long.
  • Online Reservations: If you booked online, please bring your reservation number to the dedicated "Online Booking" booth to exchange it for a wristband.
  • Zone Access:
  • Adults with a Regular Zone ticket can enter the Family Zone only as a guardian with a child.
    Conversely, adults with a Family Zone guardian ticket cannot enter the Regular Zone.
  • Adults without children are strictly prohibited from entering the Family Zone.
  • Water Park Zone: Visitors with Regular or Family Zone tickets can enter the Water Park Zone. However, children must be accompanied by a guardian.
  • Lost Tickets: Tickets cannot be reissued or refunded if lost. The holder is entirely responsible for any loss, so please keep your ticket safe.
  • Illegal Transactions: Purchasing tickets from unauthorized sources or individual resale is illegal. The organizers and partners are not responsible for any issues arising from such transactions.
 
 

Entrance Information

  • Audience without a paid entrance bracelet (hand ring) is not allowed to admit to the paid zone.
  • Entry to the General Zone is restricted to individuals with a height of 140cm or taller.
  • Before entering the Water Park Zone, please ensure that any mud on your body is thoroughly washed off with water. Thank you for your cooperation.
  • Due to the mud, your clothes may get dirty, so please wear comfortable attire when entering.
  • Caution-Slippery.
  • Wearing sandals, slippers, or sneakers inside the festival grounds is prohibited. Please store them in the shoe storage area upon entry. We are not responsible for any lost shoes.
  • We are not responsible for any lost valuables or personal belongings within the festival grounds.
  • No Food & Drinks.
  • No Smoking.
  • No Drunkenness.
  • Unauthorized photography or recording is prohibited.
  • Please note that pets are only allowed in the Pet Zone. Entry to the general experience zones is not permitted for pets.
